User FAQ

Below are some answers to common questions. If you don't find what you are looking for, send me an email!

Where is my verification email?

When in doubt, check your spam folder. This site is hosted on Ghost.io and currently uses their domain as the email relay, which sometimes gets sent to spam if you ignored or junked emails from other newsletters using their service.

How do I log into the site?

When you visit the site, you will see a sign up/log in link on the top right of the header navigation. After you click that and enter your email, an email with a login link should arrive in your inbox in a few minutes. Clicking that link will log you in.

How do I manage my account?

When you are logged in you will see an icon floating on the bottom right hand side of your window. If you click on this a modal will fire which will allow you to update your plan, manage your email preferences, and update the email you use for the account. If you are a Patron or Commissioner tier's subscriber, make sure to fill out this form to receive your copies of Yggdrasil MGZ.

Can you explain the Trevor Project donation situation?

The Trevor Project is a nonprofit that I support and have supported consistently for several years. I decided last year when I moved over to Ghost as my hosting platform that I would donate the funds I earn from this site to that organization. I typically don't do it at a set time during the year, but look for opportunities to take advantage of match campaigns. This typically happens during Pride month and at the end of the year.

How do I become an ARC reader?

If you are interested in getting advanced read copies of my books, please fill out this form to get on my list. Anyone on the list will get a PDF of my works and a discount code to get the book at cost from my store.

How do I get some artwork?

I don't do commissions of any kind. I will occasionally work with people to collaborate on a creative work. If you are interested in a specific piece or want to collaborate, please email me. Otherwise, I put artwork up on my store from time to time for purchase.
