Ala of House Ghabegh is an insidious Horror that lures the unwary into her traps by taking the form of a small girl. She delights in tormenting mortals, plaguing them with unexplained fires until she reveals herself and brings about their end. Scholars believe that she was a small child when the Madness came and being trapped in variations of that shape has twisted her mind beyond reckoning.

To use Ala in your game, she can be used as either a surprising villain at the end of an adventure or as a trojan horse. With the latter, having her be rescued by the adventurers can open up interesting possibilities as she disguises her true nature until either found out, or she chooses to strike when they are least expecting it.
